Description - Description: The Henry County Board of Commissioners is requesting non-cost technical proposals from qualified consultants to design the extension of Keys Ferry Road. This project is funded by Henry County SPLOST. The Consultant shall furnish all lab or, materials, equipment, and services required to fulfill the terms and conditions of this bid. Submittals will only be considered by those firms and subcontractors currently pre-qualified with the Georgia Department of Transportation. Sealed bids will be accepted until 3:00 PM local time on March 18, 2025. Late bids will not be considered nor returned. Bids submitted by mail, common carrier or delivered in person will be received by Henry Count
