Description - Description: The Henry County Board of Commissioners is requesting non-cost technical proposals from qualified consultants to design the widening of McDonough Parkway from a rural two-lane road to a multilane, divided, urban road. This project also i ncludes intersection improvements of Bridges Road and McDonough Parkway. This project is funded by Henry County SPLOST. The Consultant shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to fulfill the terms and conditions of this bid.
