The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia ( County) to obtain the services of qualified consultants to establish one (1) or more fixed fee, open-end contracts for road construction support services on an as needed basis for a one (1) year period with up to three (3) one (1)-year renewal options. The number of Contracts awarded will depend on the number and quality of the proposals received, with a maximum of four (4). The resulting contract(s) will not be used for federally funded projects
