Sub: Sub: Request for Quotation for annual Insurance “All risk, Transit and storage insurance for handheld x-ray Units along with the accessories- Pan India.
William J Clinton foundation requests Quotations for above-mentioned service for Quotation for Insurance “All risk, transit and storage insurance” handheld x-ray Units along with the accessories- Pan India as specified below. These services are expected to be Pan India basis starting from the date of invoice of Units/ date of policy issued (the invoice shall be shared for each Unit as soon as we got the invoice from the supplier). The insurance shall cover all requirements as mentioned in detail in the Annexure-1 & 2. A detailed information about the requirements is as follows:
