Description - Description: The U.S. Embassy in Tallinn requires reoccurring lodging services at a 4 star or higher category hotel in Riga, Latvia for the purposes of accommodating groups of attendees during week-long programs. The program is scheduled to conduct 3 (three) courses in 2025. Contractor shall provide a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 40 standard or superior rooms per training with single occupancy for six (6) to (8) consecutive nights.
