Description - Description: DCT is organizing the International Tourist Guide Day 2025 for the 7th year where it is annually celebrated worldwide on 21st Feb to support and promote tourist guides and highlight their important role in tourism industry. The celebrati on is planned to be on Thursday 20th Feb 2025 (instead of Friday 21st Feb) in an informal context where tourist guides who are coming from different backgrounds and speaking various languages are gathered to network, have fun, and learn. Licensed tourist guides are not employees under DCT; they are individuals who signed up for the training run by DCT and passed all the assessments to be licensed to work with tour operators in the private sector
