Description - Description: The City of Charlotte is seeking Progressive Design-Build services to design and construct the Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department Animal Care and Control Adoption Facility. The facility will be Owned and operated by Charlotte – Me cklenburg Police Department and will serve residents located in the Mecklenburg County, NC area.
