Description - The Thunder Bay Catholic District School Board is seeking a qualified contractor(s) to provide new exterior façade, building envelope upgrades, window replacement and snowguards at St. Ignatius High School.The Thunder Bay Catholic District School B oard invites interested parties to submit Quotations to install a new exterior façade on a portion of the school, including but not limited to, new lighting, mechanical louvers and parging. Demo and installation of new aluminum windows, including but not limited to new sills, gypsum returns and painting. New snowguards are to be installed on the Cafetorium roof.Hours of work should include for evenings/weekends during school occupancy.
