Description - Description: The Naugatuck Valley Council of Governments (NVCOG) is issuing this Request for Qualifications(RFQ)/ Request for Proposals (RFP) for the investigation, analysis, engineering design, and permitting/decommissioning services for the removal of the Kinneytown Hydroelectric Project in Seymour and Ansonia, CT as part of a two (2) part submission. This project is being funded by a National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Restoring Fish Passage Through Barrier Removal Grant received by NVCOG in partnership with Save the Sound in April 2023.
