Description - Description: It is the intent of the Board to prequalify Contractors to be utilized for the construction of a new two storey Catholic secondary school facility located in Brantford, Ontario. Request for Tender is planned for July 2024 and project com pletion by summer of 2026. The Board intends to utilize a design-bid-build project methodology (CCDC 2 – 2020 and Supplementary Terms and Conditions) with a stipulated price where a single Design Services consultant (already retained by the Board) and a single General Contractor will be engaged directly by the Board for all work contemplated.
