Description - This Invitation to Tender (the “ITT”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Owen Sound (the “TCity”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for a General Contractor for the New Dispatch/911 Centre at the Owen Sound Police Services Building, as further described in Section A of the ITT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The Work generally includes architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical upgrades to a vacant space located within the facility in order to relocate and expand the current Dispatch/911 Services.
