Description - Description: Description of procurement:The Greater Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust (GMCT) is seeking to engage the services of a highly qualified and experienced Architect to be the head consultant to complete the outstanding design work, produce all relevant Construction Documentation and provide associated professional services until a Final Completion certificate. Project scope to include all relevant due diligence required for Stage 1A.01, (full extent shown in attached drawing package). The project shall be constructed in phases.
