Description - Description: GMCT is seeking an experienced civil contractor with road and drainage experience to execute a road renewal project at Fawkner Memorial Park in a BAU environment.GMCT reserves the right to allocate one, two or all three stages to a singl e or more bidders at its discretion based on its business requirements in FY 24/25. Tenderers are expected to submit a fixed lump sum price separately for each stage of the project in line with the Part E schedules enclosed within this tender.GMCT and the successful bidder/s will jointly assess and agree the scope of work at each cemetery at commencement and during the construction phase, therefore the contract sum/s could vary (scope reduction)
