Description - Description: The Corporation of the City of Burlington (the “City”) intends to retain a contractor for regular inspection and preventive maintenance of various roofs of City facilities across Burlington including all labour, materials, services, transportation, and incidentals, but not including supply, delivery, and installation of new roofing for a period of up to five (5) years.The successful Bidder (the “Contractor” or the “Vendor”) shall provide a comprehensive preventive maintenance service (the “Work”) for various City facilities at 59 locations on a semi-annual basis.
