Description - Byron Shire Council invites Tender Submissions for Project works to the Mullumbimby Recreation Grounds Amenities and Athletics Buildings, requirements are as follows:* Demolition of existing Amenities Block* Design and Construction of new Accessible Amenities Block in line with recent Amenities Upgrades throughout the Shire that address CPTED principles. NOTE: New Amenities Block to be design and situated on existing building footprint, there is no allowance for expansion of this footprint.* Refurbishment/ Renovation to existing Athletics Building to accommodate 2 x Accessible Change Rooms, 2 x Storerooms and up to 3 x Game Day toilets.* Accessible pathways to link with Carpark (accessible)
