Description - Description: The City requires the services of a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor who can design and construct a staircase with dual lookout/seating platforms at Ocean Drive Bunbury, opposite Ramillies Street and identified as BY210.The key objectives are:a) Replace the existing beach access pine steps with a compliant staircase.b) Creation of an upper lookout to provide ease of use and access by the user.c) Provide attractive seating areas at the top lookout and middle platform.d) Mitigate future beach erosion events by embedding part of the new staircase under beach level (similar to recently completed Hastie Street beach access staircase).notice_title: Rft2425/010 Design & Co
