Description - Description: This measure involves the conversion of the transport station in Leverkusen Mitte. Due to the track extension, the western platform 1 has to be converted from an outer platform to a central platform, and the reception building has to be demolished. Platform 2 will receive new platform edges and new paving. Platform 3 will get a new, higher noise barrier. On platform 3, the existing noise barrier must first be dismantled.
