Description - Description: You are invited to submit a tender to convert existing garage and workshop into community room with kitchen facilities and disabled toilet at Risca Comprehensive School. The scope of the project is fully described in the ITT but in summa ry the scope is:- Convert existing garage / workshop / store into community room with kitchen facilities, disabled wc with baby changing facilities all in accordance with drawings A02, A03, A04, A05, E01 contained within the tender pack.- Construct entrance ramp.- Provide new upvc windows to replace high level windows to side of building- Electrical alterations, integration of door entry to main school system,(mag locks), alarms, (entry and Fire)
