Description - The Scope of Services to be provided will be for the perimeter fence clearing of the RiversideWater Treatment Plant around the Clearwell Tank. The outside of the perimeter fence willhave trees and underbrush removed 10 feet from the fence. The trees inside the fence andaround the clearwell tank and up the slope/cliff will be cut flush or as close to flush asequipment will allow with the ground, there will be no stump grinding inside the plant fence.The intent of the specifications is to describe services providing the best performance at thebest total cost.
