Description - Description: In order to evaluate the molecular changes induced by the application of CRISPR/DCAS9 technology to over-express endogenous genes within the PNR CF-197/2022 (Theragenliv) project, RNA (RNA-Seq) is required of the transcriptomic profile o f long RNA (LNCRNA-SEQ) codante (MRNA) and non -slicing (LNCRNA) in transfective cells using the NGS (Next Generation Sequencing) technique. Also, the profile of the transcriptoma (LNCRNA-SEQ) will also be analyzed in the liver transferred with CRISPR/DCAS9 plasmids.
