Description - This consultation concerns the development of roads and the creation of a roundabout on the RD38, the RD6572 and the Chemin du Vin in Saint-Gilles. The works will be allocated (Lot 1: Road development and Lot 2: Landscaping). The start of work is sch eduled for January 2024 with a preparation period in December 2023 Duration of work (preparation period included: 7 months). The project management of this operation is ensured by the municipality of Saint-Gilles. Project management is ensured by INECO. Visiting the site is recommended but is not obligatory. The services are remunerated by applying the unit prices set in the price schedule to the quantities actually executed.
