Description - This contract is a single-awarder framework agreement with purchase orders awarded in the form of a contract with an adapted procedure in application of articles L2125-1 1° and L2123-1-1°, and articles R2123-1 1°, R2123-5, R2162-1 to R2162-6, and R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the public procurement code. The contract is concluded with no minimum and a maximum of 1,200,000 euros excluding tax over the duration of the contract. The contract takes effect from its notification for a period of 4 firm years. By way of derogation from article 3.1.2 of the CCAG TRAVAUX, notification is deemed acquired on the date of sending the documents to the buyer profile.
