Description - Description: This contract is taken in application of articles L. 2123-1 and R. 2123-1 1° of the Public Procurement Code. The contract comprises 2 tranches, a firm tranche and an optional tranche (lot 1) which will be firmed by service order if the masonry, stone cutting and sculpture restoration lots are selected and firmed. The overall deadline for execution of the works for all lots combined is 6 months excluding the one-month site preparation period. The execution of the works begins for each lot from the date set by service order. Advance payment provided for in the conditions of articles R.2191-3 to R.2191-19 of the Public Procurement Code.
