The United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM)/TCAQ is preparing to acquire air transportation via commercial scheduled service routes for the National Training Cente r (NTC) at Ft Irwin CA. The contractor shall furnish rotary wing air transportation of 5 passengers with baggage and occasional external slings loads from Bicycle Lake Army Air Field at Ft Irwin CA to destinations within a 200 mile radius. The helicopters are needed to transport technicians and equipment to austere locations to support the operation and maintenance of the NTC communications/instrumentation network, located on a mountain top.
