Description - Description: The object of the procurement is round-the-clock service housing for the elderly in the South Karelia welfare area. See the attached service description. A separate offer must be made for each offered unit.The contract period is 1 Januar y 2025 – 31 December 2026. The contract includes an option to extend the contract period by two option years (1 + 1). The option can be activated one year at a time or with the same notification for both years.
