Description - Description: The Contract is for the routine service, maintenance and testing of fire detection, emergency lighting and smoke control systems. This service will also include emergency call out cover and annual portable appliance testing. Selwood is r equired under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 to ensure an adequate system is in place at all times for the routine service, maintenance and testing of fire detection, emergency lighting and smoke control systems in our schemes and blocks of flats.
