Description - The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to provide the routing service for periodic reviews of the Inrs including: the supply of consumables pre-printed with the necessary information (e.g. postage rate, Inrs logo), the preparation of the address f ile, preliminary handling necessary for sorting (e.g.: recovery of CDP boxes from Poste STPs), addressing and sorting in accordance with the terms required by the Post Office and the service provider chosen for shipments abroad, delivery to processing sites postal sorting, the pestle of residuals as well as any step(s) not listed but absolutely necessary for the routing of magazines
