Description - Description: The Municipality of West Perth is requesting proposals for the purchase and installation of a postage meter and mailing system. The municipality spends approximately $25,000 annually on postage. Most of our mailings are for regular lette rs and a few parcels. On a regular working day, a maximum of 50 letters or a minimum of 10 letters may be processed. There are monthly bulk mailings of a maximum of 1,500 regular letters and semi-annual mailings of a total of 5,000 regular letters (10,000 total).
