Description - Rushmoor Borough Council - the 'council' - is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to undertake a major refurbishment of Aldershot Crematorium on a traditional works procurement basis with specific contra ctor's design portion elements. This will include for co-ordination with the council's appointed supplier of cremation equipment (Facultatieve Technologies - FT) during the period of the works. The council is currently at RIBA stage 4.Aldershot Crematorium is currently open for services five days a week, (Monday to Friday), and holds around 1,500 cremations a year (6 a day).
