Description - Description: The municipality of Rantasalmi is asking for offers to update the Ruutanaharju groundwater area. The procurement is below the national threshold of Article 25 of the Procurement Act.The purpose of the protection plan is to ensure that go od quality groundwater intake and to safeguard water. The latest protection plan for Ruutanaharju was prepared in 2012.
