Description - Description: Midwestern Regional Council would like to invite interested parties to submit a Price for the Design and installation of Lighting Upgrades to Rylstone Showground. Rylstone Showground is used by many sporting and community groups for a va riety of uses. The main user of the facility is the yearly Bull-A-Rama. The ability to increase its usage by enabling groups to use the field at night more often, is the fundamental reason for this Tender. For this reason, Council is looking to tender and contract a suitably qualified professional to provide a qualifying Lighting Design.
