Description - Description: Statement of Work Grounds Power Washing Updated as of 03/27/2025 DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure that Power washing services are performed at Jesse Brown VAMC in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory and safe environment to pedestrians and for passenger drop-off. JBVAMC seek to restore sanitation and beautify the Campus Building and grounds utilizing Power-washing, germicidal solution, and brightening agents. The priority areas (all details are as identified on Zones for Power Washing Map) are: South Damen Avenue: Clean wall building Zone 1 and Zone 4 and entry area on Damen Ave.
