Description - The consultation concerns the provision of a software solution in SaaS mode allowing an organizing legal entity (PMO) to supervise and manage several collective self-consumption operations. Consumers and producers of each ACC operation must have acce ss to this tool to monitor their consumption and production data at a minimum. This solution must allow the automatic establishment of invoices and provide a payment tracking interface. The holder of the market will be designated agent of the PMOs in the Enedis agreements relating to the implementation of ACC operations.
