This development is located in the area between the Y- staete 1 and 2 buildings (including the Albert Heijn) on Koutenveld and Kerkstraat on the former Machinefabriek Victoria site. The real estate, the city garden with the parking garage underneath and the improvement of the public space are realized by the market party.
