Description - Saltcoats Paving 2023 Synopsis: The Town of Saltcoats invites interested parties to submit Tenders for their 2023 Paving Project.The years project will be identified as “400 Block of Allan Ave” from Tupper Street to York Street (Approximately 800 ’ x 21’) This project will include base replacement (approximately 400’ x 21’ x 3’)Tender shall include:1. Survey existing road and ditch drainage2. Prepare elevation/grading Plan3. Identify and remove, then replace failed sub-base c/w appropriate road fabric4. Scarify, regrade and compact to suitable elevations5. Supply and install 3” hot mix asphalt6. Do adjustment if needed to 2 manholes7. Do adjustments if needed to 2 main valves8
