Blackhawk Park is a multi-use recreation facility in Wisconsin, managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. It is located 3 miles north of De Soto, WI off STH 35 and about 30 miles south of La Crosse, WI and along the Mississippi River. Bad Axe Landings is located 3 miles south of Genoa WI, access to the Bad Axe location requires passing under a small railroad bridge. Height limit: 9’ 11” Width limit: 20’ 6”. SCOPE OF WORK.
