Description - Description: The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) announces its intention to issue a sole source award to Executive Information Systems, LLC., 6901 Rockledge Drive, Suite 600 P.O. Box 34076 Bethesda, MD 20827-0076 for the SAS Product Li censes Renewal.  CPSC is authorized to enter into contracts for equipment and services required to investigate the safety of consumer products and for improving the safety of such products (5 U.S. C. § 2054). CPSC intends to negotiate this requirement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 and 41 U.S.C. 253(c)1.
