Description - Description: The consultant will work under direct supervision of the URM gender officer and provide necessary capacity building activities to promote and encourage understanding of ADB gender mainstreaming purposes. Consultant should assist in data collection and preparation of gender analysis during the project design, and expected to participate in missions, contributing to AM/MOU/reports, when necessary. Contribution to preparations of different sector gender strategies, policies, and concepts is expected.
