Description - Description: The consultant will assist in the preparation of ADB's project completion report (PCR) for the Project. The PCR should be prepared according to Project Administration Instruction 6.06 on Project Completion Report for Sovereign Operations .The aim of this exercise is to (i) assess the performance of the Project using the criteria of relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability and impact; (ii) determine an overall performance rating; (iii) identify lessons that should be taken in account in future operations; and (iv) provide recommendations to improve the results from the Project.The consultant will act as a liaison with key stakeholders and assist, obtain, validate, and
