Description - Description: The consultant will support ADB’s efforts, as needed, to mobilize financing from commercial sources (banks and other entities such as development finance institutions or export credit agencies) to ADB’s non-sovereign projects by coor dinating the environmental and social workstreams of such projects where ADB is acting as the environmental and social advisory bank.
