Description - Description: Desk-based review: the IPOE will undertake review of the documents produced to-date regarding the project to familiarize with the project E&S assessments and management plans, monitoring reports, and other data that are relevant to under standing context and emerging issues. Annual visits: the IPOE will meet and visit the project twice a year during construction with commissioning due in December 2026. The continuity of the IPOE will be reviewed prior to starting operations.
