The project is seeking to procure the services of an independent evaluator to design, plan and conduct an interim evaluation of the Cambodia Climate Friendly Agribusiness Value Chains Sector Project. The evaluator will provide an inde pendent and rigorous evaluation function, designing and implementing a framework which will assess the project along the GCF evaluation criteria and consistent with the GCF Evaluation Policy.
