Description - Description: As a result of a public procurement procedure, the company intends to purchase 11,000 new school bags, 50% for boys and 50% for girls. The tenderer concludes the framework contract for a total of 11,000 schoolbags by assuming a call obli gation for 80% of the total framework quantity (i.e. 11,000), i.e. 8,800 schoolbags. The Bidder does not undertake any obligation to purchase the remaining 2,200 school bags. Withdrawals from the framework contract are made through ad hoc orders.
