This concerns all types of trips, within and outside Europe, individually or in groups and r egardless of the means of transport used for the trip. This concerns the following activities: - Searching, quoting, booking, cancelling, changing and invoicing trips*; - Arranging travel documents; - Advice in the context of the most sustainable travel option - Being available and acting proactively in the event of changes/cancellations or other unforeseen influences and calamities *Travelling means moving people by plane, bus, train, boat, etc.
