Description - Description: The U.S. Embassy London has a requirement for passenger transportation services for business taking place primarily in Edinburgh and Glasgow in Scotland and the surrounding areas. The Contractor shall provide all managerial, administrati ve and direct labor personnel; vehicles and drivers (if required); communication equipment; all running expenses (i.e., fuel, oil, etc.) including all servicing and insurance of such vehicles that are necessary to accomplish all work required by this contract.
