Description - Description: The procurement includes reagents, supplies and maintenance for HUS Diagnostics Centre for screening of fetal malformations (S -Tr1Seul) for the existing DELFIA Xpress analysers of HUS Diagnostics Centre, as well as reagents and supplies for the analysis of human chorionic gonadotropin B subunit (S -hCG-B-V). The screening of fetal malformations, first trimester, from serum (S -Tr1Seul, KL 4548) test determines the probability of fetal trisomy 21 (Down syndrome) and trisomy 18 (Edwards syndrome) in expectant mothers in Finland.
