Description - Description: School District No. 71 (Comox Valley) (SD71) wishes to retain the services of a qualified Construction Management firm to work with SD71, its Architect and sub-consultants, on the development of a new Childcare Center on the GP Vanier Se condary School Site in the City of Courtenay.The Vanier Childcare Center is a new facility that will be constructed on the site owned by SD71 and shared with GP Vanier Secondary School. The secondary school will remain in full operation during the construction of the childcare building.The Construction Manager will be required to provide a safe, secure school environment for students, staff, and the general public during all construction activity
