Description - The Changing Places Toilet is a badly needed project for Stratford District Council and will see the first Changing Places facility within a shopping area in the District. The Council has now been fortunate to receive funding to cover construction an d 3 years of use. Consultation has been undertaken with key stakeholders and the need for a Changing Places facility is clearly apparent. The core purpose of the Changing Places facility is to provide a more accessible, inclusive environment for all user groups. The inclusion of the facility will help to improve the quality of life for a number of people and will help to create a safe and secure environment in which people with disabilities feel
