Description - Description: The purpose of this contract concerns the study of the deployment and operating model of the "physical" services that Wallonia wants to offer to boatmen (drinking water supplies, waste collection and electricity supply at the quayside) t o increase the attractiveness of its network through a range of services in line with the needs of waterway users and climate ambitions. The study presents the scope of the Walloon waterway network, distinguishing the "Seine-Escaut" and non-"Seine-Escaut" parts.
