Description - Description: The Principal invites the Tenderer to submit a Tender for the Sealers Cove Boardwalk Replacement.The Sealers Cove Boardwalk suffered significant damage in 2021 from three separate storm events in March, June and October 2021, resulting i n damage to approximately half of the track. Since then, the Sealers Cove boardwalk has been closed to the public, whilst environmental and cultural heritage investigations progress prior to its reconstruction.Sealers Cove is sensitive area for ecology, cultural heritage and heritage and there will be a requirement for numerous permits to be obtained once a successful contractor has been appointed and a construction methodically agreed.
